for a walk through town. Maine is famous for its art and artists,
especially along the coast. We slipped into a trey fancy gallery,
captured by the blown glass lobster claws in the window. Very cool.
The floors were polished pine, the rugs Asian, the couches Italian
leather and the walls held Wyeth's and other local artists work. And
we had just crawled out of a lake in the woods. I think we left some
mud on the floor. Well, art should be housed in the every day, that's
where it comes from anyway!
These Whale Bone Scrimshaws were incredible, and only $1750 for one.
So we just settled for a mug with a wicked huge lobsta' on it at the
store next door!
